Policy Details:

Booking Fee: There is a non-refundable initial fee of $100 for booking an appointment with our landscaping team. This fee secures your appointment slot and covers the initial assessment of your landscaping needs.

Deductible: Should you choose to proceed with our services, the $100 initial fee will be deducted from your total project cost.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the loss of the initial fee.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time.

Exception: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergency situations, we will review requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

By booking an appointment with Willow Grove Landscaping, you acknowledge and agree to our initial appointment fee policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
